A Sioux Falls man who bonded out of jail on rape charges is back behind bars in Huron. Werner Fajardo is being held without bond following a compliance check by Huron Police at the El Cuervo bar. Officers located 11 minors in the bar and dance club Saturday night and charged five with underage consumption of alcohol. Farjardo is charged with keeping a place used for violations of beverage laws as a common nuisance, five counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor and allowing persons under 21 years of age on the premises. Fajardo is scheduled to appear in court today. Fajardo is charged with first and third degree rape after his arrest last week following a police investigation regarding complaints of possible illegal after hours activity at El Cuervo, which he owns and operates. Fajardo is accused with getting 12 and 14 year-old girls drunk and raping them after the bar closed October 30th.
