Jackley says those petitions will be circulated around the state, and if enough voters sign, the questions will be placed on the ballot in 2018….

Twenty nine states and the District of Columbia have legalized marijuana for medicinal use.

Eight states and D.C. allow marijuana to be used recreationally.
