Neighborhood meetings are tentatively set for May 16th and 17th with engineers from pool consulting firm Bonestroo Engineering to gather input from area residents on the campground placement. The Commission also approved a resolution of support for the Central Park project. That resolution allows the city to take money from a Swimming Pool Trust fund and apply it toward the 12-point-6 million dollar cost of the project.  The Huron City Commission will take up the campground variance in 60 days.
