Senate Bill 99 Passes Committee Hearing

A Senate Bill designed to give cities and counties the abilitiy to suspend liquor licenses in emergency situations recieved high praise from lawmakers as it was unanimoulsy approved and moved to the Senate floor. McGirr told memebers of the Senate Comerce Commitee officals in Huron had to wait over 60 days before the State Revenue Department revoked Fajardo’s license, and by that time, El Cuervo had already been closed. Also showing support for the bill was Sioux Falls City Councilman Greg Jamison…
