TransCanada Wants Bond Money Back From East River Pipeline

When the Keystone crude oil pipeline was built through eastern South Dakota, Trans Canada had to post about fifteen million dollars in construction bonds. The company now has a request before the state Public Utilities Commission to release those bonds.  PUC Chairman Chris Nelson says those bonds were set aside to make sure any damage was repaired…

Nelson says there will be a hearing before they take action on the bonds…
