The 2012 session of the South Dakota legislature starts Tuesday when lawmakers gather in Pierre. District 20 State Senator Mike Vehle of Mitchell says lawmakers will deal with a number of the same issues as last year regarding the budget……
Vehle thinks overall it will be an interesting session…..
