Six men arrested in a Friday drug bust made appearances in Beadle County Circuit Court Tuesday. 34 year-old Matt Foster and 26 year old Josh Prondzinski, both of Huron are out of jail on personal recognisance bonds. 28 year-old Mark Tschetter of Huron was released from jail and placed on house arrest with his parents. All three Huron men arrested face charges of possession of a controlled substance and of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute and keeping a place for use or sale of controlled substances. Three men from Colorado and California arrested in the raid were released from the Beadle County Jail on 10-thousand dollars cash or surety bond. 31 year-old Bryan Glunt of Colorado Springs, Colorado and 30 year-old’s Phillip Glunt and Jose Patino of Anaheim, California are facing charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. Huron police found what’s been deemed as “felony amounts” of marijuana and methamphetamine following the execution of a narcotics search warrant at a home in southeast Huron. All six have court appearances on January 11th. All have requested court-appointed attorneys. Patino is being represented by Ron Volesky and Foster’s application is being taken under further review by the court. Tschetter was in court in December on charges of eluding law enforcement stemming from a high speed chase, through parts of Beadle and Kingsbury County last year.
