McGirr acknowledged the numerous contructions projects taking place in Huron from the gradual replacement of 70 year old water main line to the 2 milion dollar state-funded replacement of traffic signals on Dakota Avenue The City is also updating intersections around Huron to bring them inline with Federal American with Disability Act requiremnets. Huron’s 2010 Cenus numbers are expected to indicate a significant increase in population and demographics McGirr say those of Hmong or Karen will likely top the list…
