Fajardo Looking To Run Sioux Falls Bar

A man accused of raping girls and other crimes at his bar in Huron has an application pending to operate a bar in Sioux Falls.  A scheduled December hearing on Werner Fajardo’s permit application in Sioux Falls is on hold while city planners seek more information. Fajardo’s application for a permit to sell beer in the city shows that he is looking to take over operation of the 2 Amigos bar.  The 34-year-old Fajardo is charged with raping three girls, including a 12-year-old, after plying them with drinks at the El Cuervo bar he owns in Huron. He faces more charges for allegedly allowing minors in the bar again over the weekend.  Huron officials have scheduled a Dec. 30 hearing on whether to recommend the state yank Fajardo’s license.
