Fajardo was arrested early Sunday morning after a compliance check turned up 11 minors inside the bar of which five were drinking alcohol. Fajardo is facing one count of first degree rape, two counts of third degree rape and other charges after court documents say he got the three under age girls drunk after closing time on October 30th and the victims reporting clear signs of rape to authorities when they woke up.
