GHDC REQUESTS TO ENTER LETTER OF INTENT WITH PURCHASER IN SOUTH TOWN ADDITION

At Monday nights Huron City commission meeting a request was submitted by Ted Haeder with Greater Huron Development to enter into a letter of intent with a purchaser to sell approximately 2 acres at $2.25 per square foot in the south commercial lot 2c of Southtown addition.  Haeder explains the location of the intended purchase.

Haeder said at this time the purchaser needs to remain nameless.

David Wheeler was also named the Huron City Attorney on a yearly contract.  Wheeler has been filling in on an interim basis as the city attorney.
