A second headliner for the 2024 South Dakota State Fair was announced Tuesday morning by Assistant Manager of the SD State Fair Candi Briley.
Briley said Adkins will be a great addition to the State Fair line up and covers his background.
Adkins joins Riley Green as headliners at the fair. Ticket sales are a ways off but Briley said mark your calendars.
