EPA Regs Could Lead To Higher Electric Costs

The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission is asking the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to take a hard look at proposed EPA regulations, and how that may impact the costs and availability of electricity.  PUC Chair Gary Hanson says the Environmental Protection Agency has proposed a number of regulations they believe would have a direct impact on power costs…
