A re-platting request by Kim and Marvie Tschetter was approved. Also approved was the resignation of Doug Greenfield as a part-time Golf Course Maintainace staff member. He will be replaced by Pace Clayton. Commissioners also approved a list of items to go on the city’s surplus auction and set September 10th as the date for the auction. The State of the City luncheon has been tenatively set for September 16th at Noon at the Crossroads. A final date will be annoucned after the Mayor and Commission have had a chance to reveiw their schedules. The Commission adjourned to meet in executive sesson then returned for a work session on the 2011 budget and a walking tour of areas near the Municipal Pool and Klock Field.
