Defensive driving is part of the safety message that the patrol discusses in their safety presentations.  Schuknecht mentions things that riders new or experienced should always watch for.

She talks about some of the re-occurring reminders that are important for riding of any experience level.

With spring the signs advising “look motorcycles are everywhere” are a common appearance.  It’s a good safety point for motor vehicle drivers of any type to be cautious for motorcycles on the road.  Joelle talks about what those drivers should watch for.

For motorcycle safety and being seen, riding in groups is beneficial but she encourages caution.
