We continue ours series the Daily Dex as we hear from users of the old beef barn on the SD State Fairgrounds. The 19 million dollar price tag for the Dakota Events Complex comes together with 12 million dollars from the state of South Dakota, 3 million dollars from the beef barn insurance and 4 million dollars from local and statewide users and contributors. Today we hear from Bill Hupp of Huron, who talks about his years of at the beef complex.
