Beadle County Unified Task Force Community Brief

HURON, S.D. – April 2, 2020 – The Beadle County Unified Task Force has been working over the past week to slow the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Beadle County.

On Friday, April 3, 2020, at 1:00pm the Beadle County Unified Task Force will hold a community briefing in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and provide an update for Beadle County residents. The briefing will be designed as a round table, with representatives from the South Dakota Department of Health, Huron Regional Medical Center, Huron Public School District and Beadle County COVID-19 Unified Task Force Testing Facility and Call Center.

We are going to stream the video live on the City of Huron’s YouTube Channel, you can subscribe to the “Huron, SD” page or visit this link https://youtu.be/sQ0QLqREf2c. Performance Radio will also air the community brief on 1210 KOKK, 1340/95.3 Tiger 95 and 93.3 Big Jim. The video will also be available on Cable Channel 6, after the press conference.

There will be time for questions at the end of the press conference and the public is asked to email questions to [email protected]. The questions can be emailed before or during the broadcast.
