On December 20th 2019 an occupant of a white sports utility vehicle fired a handgun at and struck a Huron Police Department patrol car.
A juvenile male driver and an adult passenger (Chit Koko a 22 year old Asian male) have been taken into custody and are being charged by the Beadle County States Atty.
There are still 2 occupants that are being sought.

17 year old male Asian
DOB/ 2-14-2002
Is being charged as an adult and has a warrant for his charging him with:
1st Degree Attempted Murder on an Law Enforcement Officer
Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer with a Firearm
Keh Wah
27 year old male Asian
DOB/ 7-7-92
Has an arrest warrant for:
Accessory to Aggravate Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer with a Firearm
Both should be considered armed and dangerous.
Pan Toe Gaw has connections to the Huron and Aberdeen, SD areas and also Clarksville Arkansas area.
Keh Wah has family in Huron.
