A commencement ceremony for five graduates of Beadle County Drug Court will be held today, Wednesday, November 20th, in the 3rd floor courtroom of the Beadle County Courthouse.
The graduates will represent 2,106 collective days of sobriety. They have paid $3,800 in court costs and all have steady, full-time employment. The graduates have reported for, and passed, 1,500 random drug tests.
Beadle County Drug Court began in 2015 and is one of 19 problem solving courts in the state.
Today’s ceremony gets underway at 1 pm. The public is invited.
