Just over one-fourth of the companies they survey say they’re feeling an impact from the flooding…

According to Goss, employment was only slightly above growth neutral…

Goss says business leaders in the region are also expressing less confidence in the economy.  He says the situation in Greece and the lack of a deal on the U-S debt ceiling are both having an impact.
