A Huron business owner was arrested Monday on kidnapping charges.
However, Beadle County State’s Attorney Mike Moore says Zeng Qiang Yang won’t be charged with kidnapping.
Moore says Yang was arrested following an incident with an employee.
Moore says Yang is free on bond.
