The city has announced an online only surplus auction will be held beginning November 6th.
Meyer Auction Service LLC will be the auctioneer.
Surplus items from various city departments including police, fire, the library, water/sewer, solid waste and parks and recreation will be available for purchase.

Also last night, the city commission authorized the Solid Waste Department to apply for a Solid Waste Management Program grant for a recycling truck .
The city also approved payment requests Olson Construction for water main replacement in the amount of $93,047.20 and payment request by Premier Contracting LLC for Bid sludge drying bed improvements in the amount of $210,494.16.
In other business, the commission voted to assess delinquent special assessments against lots in the Estabrook Subdivision.
