A woman had to be rescued from her car Tuesday morning in flooded Renner.
Authorities say she ignored the warning barriers in the flood-ravaged town north of Sioux Falls and then got in trouble in high water.
They say that warning barriers are put up for a reason.
The woman had driven past the sign and crashed in a construction zone.
