The National Junior High Finals Rodeo wraps up its run in Huron on Saturday.
Assistant State Fair manager Candi Briley says their attention now turns to tearing down and cleaning up in preparation for not only the state fair but other big events coming up on the fairgrounds.
Briley says it’s a big process.
Briley says recent rains have created issues on the fairgrounds that will have be addressed following the rodeo.
The 2019 South Dakota State Fair runs from August 29th through Sept. 2nd.
