North Star Energy, LLC is a propane business based out of Aberdeen that serves customers in North Dakota and South Dakota. North Star Energy, LLC has branch locations in Huron, Britton and Selby. It is currently owned equally by 3 partners, one of which is Agtegra Cooperative.
According to a press release, North Star Energy, LLC is currently owned equally by 3 partners, one of which is Agtegra Cooperative. Agtegra Cooperative was recently approached to purchase the remaining two-thirds ownership interest in the business. Agtegra’s Board of Directors has approved purchasing each of the other partner’s ownership interests and purchase agreements were recently signed.
