The Beadle County Republican’s Lincoln Day Dinner is scheduled for next Tuesday at the Plains.
District 22 State Representative Roger Chase says Governor Kristi Noem will be the special guest speaker this year.
Chase says although this is Noem’s first appearance as governor, it’s not the first time she has attended the event.
A social will be held at 5 pm. Noem will speak at 5:30 pm, followed by dinner.
