As an industrial hemp bill speeds through the South Dakota legislature, Governor Kristi Noem is still expressing doubts.
Noem, at her weekly news conference, says there are lots of details to work through.
Noem says she is concerned the industrial hemp bill would open the door to marijuana in the state.
The bill (HB1191) passed the House on a vote of 65 to 2 and will next be heard in the Senate Ag & Natural Resources Committee on Tuesday.
