Anyone struggling to pay their utility bill is asked to call NorthWestern Energy’s customer service representatives at 800-245-6977 in South Dakota to discuss payment options and assistance programs.
As the shutdown of the federal government continues, NorthWestern Energy encourages federal employees who have been furloughed or whose budgets are impacted by working without pay to reach out to the utility to see what options are available.
