Around 2 and half inches of snow fell in the Huron area Wed.
However, precipitation was mainly in the form of rain last night.
Brad Adams with the National Weather Service says there was rain across much of the region Wed.night.
Adams says more snow, along with high winds, are expected today.
Adams says the snow is still expected to come to an end beginning Friday morning.
Beadle County remains under a Winter Storm Warning through 6 am Friday.
