The SoDak 16 system for play-off basketball has brought some changes to the Huron Tiger schedules.
The ESD has given up playing a round robin schedule in order to add the Sioux Falls and Rapid City teams more into the mix. Huron has not played the Sioux Falls schools in the regular season since 2013, and Activites director Terry Rotert says everyone needed to start scheduling the same.
Rotert says he felt the SoDak 16 worked well last year.
The schedule changes start right away as Huron will host Sioux Falls Washington in a doubleheader on Friday.
