Tonight, the Huron City Commission will hold it’s final meeting in the month of August.
The commission will convene as the Board of Adjustment continuation of the public hearing for the variance request filed by John Kreyenschmidt, to construct an addition to a detached garage at 806 Simmons SE.
Commissioners will consider setting the bid opening for September 17, 2018, for sewer main lining.
Also on the agenda, a public hearing and 2nd reading of an ordinance filed by Basin Electric to rezone 450 4th Street NE from General Business District to General Industrial District.
A reminder that city offices will be closed and the Huron City Commission will not hold a meeting on Monday, September 3, in observance of the Labor Day holiday.
