It’s a road construction project that is likely several years away, but it did generate some discussion at Monday night’s Watertown City Council meeting. The project is an overpass that would carry traffic over the railroad tracks on Highway 212 in Watertown. Mayor Gary Williams says it’s frustrating getting stuck on 212 waiting for a train to pass. He’d like to see an overpass built there…..
