Heavy rains caused street flooding on 15th street and let the James River rise a foot overnight between 7 PM and 4 AM Severe Thunderstorm Warnings were issued for parts of Buffalo, Hand, Jerauld, Beadle, Sanborn and Kingsbury county between 10:30 PM and 12:15 AM.
