South Dakota’s retail gasoline price average has risen over 14 cents in the last seven days. AAA’s Mark Madeja says the prices aren’t going to come down any time soon, it’s all based on the tension in the middle east:
With that in mind, Madeja has some tips to help conserve gas and save a few pennies at the pump:
