Watertown’s ambulance rates are going up. Tuesday night, the Watertown city council gave unanimous support to a recommendation to raise the rate to 13-dollars a mile. Right now, it’s 11-dollars a mile. Watertown Fire and Rescue Chief Nick Swinhart spoke in favor of the increase….

Mitchell is at 12-dollars a mile, Yankton 13-dollars a mile, and Brookings and Huron are both at 15-dollars a mile.
