Attorney General's Office Cuts Don't Pass Burden To State's Attorneys

South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley says his office is cutting its spending as part of Governor Daugaard’s proposed ten-percent cut in government spending….

Jackley says his office will be making cuts, but won’t be passing the buck onto other prosecutors….
