A Corsica based John Deere dealership has signed a Letter of Intent to join a Gettysburg based dealership.
Corsica based Noteboom Implement, LLC, and Gettysburg based C&B Operations, LLC, are seeking approval from Deere & Co. to join together by late summer or early fall. Noteboom Implement owns and operates nine locations in South Dakota and Iowa.
Those locations will be combined into C&B Operations– which owns and operates 29 locations in South Dakota, including Miller and Mitchell, Minnesota, Montana, Wyoming and Idaho. Once the formalities are complete, C&B Operations, LLC, will operate all locations.
