President of the SD Chamber of Commerce, David Owen will bring his post-legislative tour to Huron this week.
Owen will speak at noon Thursday, April 5th, at the Huron Event Center.
Overall, Owen has been complimentary of the work done by lawmakers. He says the session was relatively free of grandstanding and political posturing as legsilators worked through a large number of bills.
