Warmer Weather Can Lead To Damaging Ice Dams

It’s that time of year, when ice dams can develop on our roofs.  But, just what is an ice dam?

This is a good time to investigate if your home needs for some improvements that may help to reduce damages to the building structure and save energy costs at the same time.   Carlson says there are a few things homeowners can do to manage ice dams:

Carlson says if you have noticeable water damage in your home it’s a good idea to call in a contractor to have them assess the damage and help you find solutions.
