Gross Trial Delayed Due To Weather

Winter weather has delayed opening statements and witness testimony in the trial of Brady Gross. Circuit Judge Jon Erickson has been notifying jurors that the trial will begin at 1:30 this afternoon. The 24- year-old Iroquois man is charged with first and second degree manslaughter for a 2008 traffic crash that killed former Huron native Barbara Walter. Circuit Judge Jon Erickson told the Jury following Jury Selection Friday they hope to have the case to the Jury by Friday. Brady’s father Kyle Gross is facing similar charges and will stand trial in March
