SDSU Student Arrested for Threatening to “Shoot Up” the School

A South Dakota State University student has been arrested for making threats against the school.
SDSU campus police say 19-year-old Alexander Peterson threatened to ‘shoot up’ the school.
Other students told police that Peterson made multiple comments about shooting them, and even blowing up the school.
Flandreau Police say that Peterson made threats against Flandreau High School when he was a student there.
Peterson is charged with six counts of simple assault and one charge of making a terrorist threat.

He was arrested February 28.
