Jury Seated In Brady Gross Trial

A jury is in place for the manslaughter trial of Brady Gross.  Final jury selection took less than 15 minutes.  Circuit Judge Jon Erickson thanked jury candidates assembled for their honest answers and cooperation with returning questionnaires on-time and fully completed.  He said it was one of the best jury panels he has ever had either as a lawyer or in 23 years as a judge.  He also said the jury selection moved faster than most in a trial of this nature.  Eight males and six females make up the 14 person jury.  Twelve will be seated and two will be alternates  Opening statements by attorneys are scheduled for 9 AM on Monday.
