52 year old Kevin Krueger has received a mandatory life sentence without the possibility of parole for his role in the murder of 49 year old Keith Houck of rural Beadle County in 2016.
The sentence was handed down by Judge Jon Erickson this morning in Beadle County Court.
He will serve his sentence at the penitentiary in Sioux Falls.
Krueger was found guilty of first degree murder on Wed.
Krueger has the right to appeal the sentence.
