The South Dakota Department of Transportation says that work is underway on the Highway 212 bridge replacement just west of Redfield and motorists are currently experiencing slight changes in traffic flow.
On Monday, April 10, the bridge located on Highway 212 just west of Redfield will be closed for construction. A truck detour route will be provided via Highway 26. A car detour route will also be provided through town.
Motorists are asked to slow down near the work zone and be prepared for suddenly slowing or stopped traffic, as well as construction workers.
Work is expected to be completed on Oct. 14, 2017.
