Huron residents will soon have another fine dining option. The Lodge, located in the Huron Elks, plans to open for business beginning in April.
The former owners of the Cabaret Steakhouse in Carthage, Joel and Phyllis Davidson, along with co-owner Della Davidson, say they made the decision to open the restaurant after noticing most of the customers were coming from Huron.
Joel says they have been busy remodeling the building to enhance the customer experience.
Phyllis says the menu will include a mix of familiar favorites and healthy options.
Davidson adds that he and his family are excited to be a part of the Huron community. The Lodge will be open Tues-Fri 4-10pm and Saturday 4-11pm.
