A major change is underway in retail sales with a number of well know regional and national names restructuring or closing.
Among them; J.C. Penney, Gordmans, and Vanity. Some of that is attributed to the growth of online sales.

Lyons says they have made attempts to be proactive, with legislation passed a year ago
Lyons says the next step is for Congress to impose state sales taxes on all online sellers.
