Due to expansion and growth, Huron Regional Medical Center (HRMC) wound care services has moved from the main hospital building to the third floor of HRMC’s Central Tower.
HRMC’s wound care team, consisting of registered nurses, physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant, cares for individuals with a variety of acute and chronic wounds, including burns, surgical wounds, cellulitis, dermatitis and, most commonly, foot ulcers. Wound care services are provided to both inpatients and outpatients and covered by Medicaid, Medicare and most insurances.
