Names Released In Fatal Spink County Crash

The South Dakota Highway Patrol has release names of those involved in a fatal two-vehicle accident four miles east of Redfield. Twenty-six year old Timothy Schreier was killed when his Chevy Impala failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of US Highway 212 and 389th Street. Schreier was struck by 37-year-old David Gatzke of Redfield who was driving west on the highway. Gatzke was wearing a seat belt and received minor injuries. Schreier was unrestrained.
