Besch says the South Dakota State Fair Foundation is only nine-percent away from hitting the four-point-seven-million dollar fund raising goal for the Nordby Exhibit Hall. She says the first concert announcements may be a month or two away. The 2016 South Dakota State Fair is September first to the fifth.
