According to Healthcare dot gov, both Avera and Sanford are predicting a thirteen percent increase in premium costs next year.   Dakotacare and Wellmark are both offering plans off the exchange. Dakotacare predicts a sixty three percent increase, with Wellmark looking at a forty three percent increase in premium rates.
